Do I have to pay for shipping?
MiiR offers free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States for orders $75 and over. Standard ground orders under $75 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 USD. Expedited and international rates, if applicable, will be calculated in the checkout once you have entered your shipping address. A shipping charge will be applied to your final order in all other scenarios.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days (M-F) from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 7:00 AM PST will be processed the next business day.
Orders with personalized items take 3-5 business days to be processed.

The product is good and is what it is. It’s a little pricey, which is hard to justify given how saturated the market is with double wall drink ware. I ordered the 32oz wide mouth with chug lid and silicone boot because I lost my old one from years ago. The wrong product came and after trying their email and phone number I almost gave up but then realized it is 2024 and tried chatting with their web chat team and they got it sorted out quickly. I really appreciate their team but they need to update their system to direct queries to their web chat.

The bottle works great. Keeps water very cold through the day. Straw cap leaks slightly but no different than any other brand I used. My only complaint is that a small drop dented it. So far doesn’t seem to affect the temperature but a little disappointed
