Product Description
The insulated MiiR Leakproof Straw Lid guarantees no leaks, even at high altitude. Includes 2 cut-to-fit straws and fits all MiiR Wide Mouth Bottles, Flip Travelers and 360 Travelers. Not intended for use with hot or carbonated beverages.

Care
Wash before first use. Hand wash recommended. Lid top rack dishwasher safe. Do not freeze, do not microwave, do not bleach, do not overfill.

Shipping & Returns
Do I have to pay for shipping?
MiiR offers free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States for orders $75 and over. Standard ground orders under $75 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 USD. Expedited and international rates, if applicable, will be calculated in the checkout once you have entered your shipping address. A shipping charge will be applied to your final order in all other scenarios.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days (M-F) from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 7:00 AM PST will be processed the next business day.
Orders with personalized items take 3-5 business days to be processed.

Shipping to Hawaii
Shipments to Hawaii will be automatically upgraded to a 2-day delivery service. Furthermore, please note that shipping remains free for orders over $75.

United StatesConfused by the separate cap pieces
I just received this UPS about 15 minutes ago I'm trying to figure out how to get these two pieces to come together as they were separate in the box 1 was attached to the cardboard panel with the straw and the other was just floating around the box loose. If I snap them together and then screw this onto the bottle, the bottle just falls off because the cap wont stay together. Were these supposed to come separate ? Am I supposed to put these together somehow.? If I am, I don't see any in an instructions and how to put these two pieces together so they stay together without coming apart

I had to buy a replacement after about a year since my former lid had trapped water inside. I contacted Miir about this issue and they immediately sent out a replacement upon proof of having the existing lid for free. Great customer service and they stand behind their products!

It fit perfectly as expected. This bottle will keep iced drinks cold for days. After 48 hours, not using my full bottle, the ice hadn’t melted yet. Great bottle
