Do I have to pay for shipping?
MiiR offers free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States for orders $75 and over. Standard ground orders under $75 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 USD. Expedited and international rates, if applicable, will be calculated in the checkout once you have entered your shipping address. A shipping charge will be applied to your final order in all other scenarios.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days (M-F) from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 7:00 AM PST will be processed the next business day.
Orders with personalized items take 3-5 business days to be processed.
Exceptions may occur during peak times (holidays, sales, special events, ect). If there is a question regarding your order, we will contact you directly. If you have questions about your order, please contact us at hello@miir.com.
Shipping to Hawaii
Shipments to Hawaii will be automatically upgraded to a 2-day delivery service. Furthermore, please note that shipping remains free for orders over $75.

Attractive container but leaks more from the lid/mouth piece than my inexpensive travel mug I've had for 7 years. I couldn't justify the price.

This and the 360 Traveler are my two favorite cups, I have multiple of both and it's all I've been looking for for years. They are elegant, don't leak and keep temperature for a long time.
United StatesThe lid can have a bubble block the airflow and cause you to tilt the cup more until the bubble bursts causing hot coffee to rush into your mouth. Lid is made well, but latch is super hard. Maybe it gets easier with use. Bottom portion is a good shape for the hand and good size. Keeps coffee hot, but the lip below where the lid screws in does not allow for easy sipping. You again have to tip it more that you want and then more than you want comes out. Materials are good though.
