United StatesSilicone Gaskets Get Dirty And Are Hard To Clean
I would give this lid 3 stars if Miir's customer support wasn't so helpful, responsive, and fair. They've sent me a replacement lid, and they replaced my narrow-mouth lid for similar reasons. The silicone gaskets (rubber seals) can be removed, but they're hard to clean. I saw bits of "paper" in my bottle consistently even after cleaning the cap and gaskets every 2-4 days. I wish this lid was one piece and was easy to clean.

Wonderful replacement for the original lid that sadly just started wearing down with so much use. Still have as a backup but wonderful someone helped find the same lid since I couldn’t find it on the website. Thank you so much!

The customer service was exceptional. I broke the other lid because I was dumb and they immediately send me a replacement. As always the quality/design is top-notch. Excellent lid. Seriously people buy Miir. I spent a ton of money on other brands etc but nothing compares to the Miir quality. 10/10
