Do I have to pay for shipping?
MiiR offers free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States for orders $75 and over. Standard ground orders under $75 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 USD. Expedited and international rates, if applicable, will be calculated in the checkout once you have entered your shipping address. A shipping charge will be applied to your final order in all other scenarios.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days (M-F) from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 7:00 AM PST will be processed the next business day.
Orders with personalized items take 3-5 business days to be processed.

ThailandA great, light, wide-mouth bottle but the film coating may come off
I have the silver Climate+ 20oz Wide Mouth Bottle and have been using it on my travels for about a year and I love it a lot. It has dents on the bottom from being dropped a few times but I wonder why my stainless steel bottle started to feel bumpy on the surface. Turns out the coating was coming off. I'm wondering if the matte film coating on the silver version is a design choice or does it serve a functional purpose? I ended up using steel wool and a lot of man power to scratch off the entire coating because it was just so **** and it felt so bumpy but I still wanted to keep it. Anyways it worked and it looks much better, just shinier now. The MiiR design team might want to look into this.

really enjoy my new wide mouth water bottle. this is my first non-yeti product and so far i'm very pleased. it fits in my cupholder, which was the main reason I switched from Yeti, in a large capacity (32oz). the Japanese-inspired orange print is beautiful. very happy
