Shipping & Returns

Do I have to pay for shipping?

MiiR offers free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States for orders $75 and over. Standard ground orders under $75 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 USD. Expedited and international rates, if applicable, will be calculated in the checkout once you have entered your shipping address.  A shipping charge will be applied to your final order in all other scenarios.

When will my order ship?

We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days (M-F) from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 7:00 AM PST will be processed the next business day.

Orders with personalized items take 3-5 business days to be processed.

Exceptions may occur during peak times (holidays, sales, special events, ect). If there is a question regarding your order, we will contact you directly. If you have questions about your order, please contact us at hello@miir.com. 

Shipping to Hawaii 

Shipments to Hawaii will be automatically upgraded to a 2-day delivery service. Furthermore, please note that shipping remains free for orders over $75.

Lifetime warranty

Excellent as always. They stand by their NO HASSLE lifetime warranty. I have been using my 16 oz. traveler mug for 3 years without issues until I needed a lid replacement. One email and a week layer I received the replacement lid. MIiR really stand by their product.

Warranty Lid

Piece of cake process getting a broken lid replaced at no cost from Miir as part of their lifetime warranty. This is why I support companies like this and pay premium prices - because thy support their products in a way that is fuss free and fast. Would recommend!
