Wash before first use. Hand wash recommended. Lid top rack dishwasher safe. Do not freeze, do not microwave, do not bleach, do not overfill.

Shipping & Returns
Do I have to pay for shipping?
MiiR offers free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States for orders $75 and over. Standard ground orders under $75 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 USD. Expedited and international rates, if applicable, will be calculated in the checkout once you have entered your shipping address. A shipping charge will be applied to your final order in all other scenarios.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days (M-F) from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 7:00 AM PST will be processed the next business day.
Orders with personalized items take 3-5 business days to be processed.
Exceptions may occur during peak times (holidays, sales, special events, ect). If there is a question regarding your order, we will contact you directly. If you have questions about your order, please contact us at hello@miir.com.
Shipping to Hawaii
Shipments to Hawaii will be automatically upgraded to a 2-day delivery service. Furthermore, please note that shipping remains free for orders over $75.

My boyfriend got it from one of his jobs at orientation. It has lasted him for over a year now with no issues, as in it keeps your coffee warm and it doesn't leak. Tumblers I've bought elsewhere the lid always tends to leak after a few months of use. So far my boyfriends tumbler is still holding strong still seals as good as mine that is much newer. My boyfriend and I use them every single day and still no leaks! Great quality!

they’re great for sitting in the backyard and having ice tea or a whiskey with big ice cube. not great for traveling anywhere though, as they’re a bit too wide, and the mouth cover slides a little too freely—ie, good for keeping out bugs but not for preventing spills. very easy to wash though. i appreciate the lack of fussiness that some lids have.

Love these mugs. We use them when we travel to have a reliable option instead of paper cups. I wish the lid was more splashproof. The slide is too loose and can slide open while you walk allowing coffee to splash on the top of the lid. Gets messy at times, but when you are sitting and enjoying a beverage, they are near perfect.

I’m sorry to see that a 12 oz Miir Climate mug is not as tough as I had hoped. I’ve only had it a couple of months and the clear coat is bubbling and peeling. Not sure if it’s safe to use now. I read now that hand washing is recommended. I didn’t know that before, so it was washed on the top rack of our dishwasher 4 or 5 times. I have treated this mug no differently than several other Miir mugs I’ve had for years. They’re still holding up fine. This one is not, which is too bad as I love not having a handle on a mug that’s so well insulated. And expensive. :(
