Shipping & Returns
Do I have to pay for shipping?
MiiR offers free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States for orders $75 and over. Standard ground orders under $75 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 USD. Expedited and international rates, if applicable, will be calculated in the checkout once you have entered your shipping address. A shipping charge will be applied to your final order in all other scenarios.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days (M-F) from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 7:00 AM PST will be processed the next business day.
Orders with personalized items take 3-5 business days to be processed.

Shipping to Hawaii
Shipments to Hawaii will be automatically upgraded to a 2-day delivery service. Furthermore, please note that shipping remains free for orders over $75.

The lip is awkward. Hard to explain, but it's not rolled around close enough to cup wall which leaves a gap. Feels like you will cut your lip when taking a swig, and water settles under it. Other than that feels comfortable in hand and drinks stay nice and cold.

Overall I think the cup is good. My only issue is with the lip. After washing when leaving it upside down to dry, water drips down the outside of the cup and sits on the lip. Then when you think the cup is dry, you set it right side up and the trapped water drips all down the cup leaving streaks.

It is just as good as I expected. I love everything Miir and this doesn't disappoint. A great daily cup to use with all beverages.
